Acupuncture one the oldest oriental medicine, originated from China. The goal of acupuncture is to establish healthy body function by restoring the natural circulation of energy, or life force known in Chinese medicine as Qi. (This is pronounced as “chee” and is also commonly spelt as ch’i, in japan it is pronounced by KI and in western world it is know as energy). According to oriental theory based on oriental philosophy believed that there are 2 fundamental energy know as yin and yang are responsible for human health and also equilibrium of universe, Inbalance between these 2 forces produced illness in the body. The making balance between these forces is the main objective of acupuncture treatment.
